What we keep, and why
Next Whistle is a job board. Reading it stores nothing about you on our side. Two forms do, and this page says exactly what.
Reading the site
No account, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies. We count visits with a cookieless analytics script: it stores nothing on your device, never sees your email, and does not follow you to other sites. It tells us which pages coaches use and how many apply links get clicked.
When you choose a state, the site remembers it in your own browser so the right board opens next time. If you arrive from one of our ads or links, this browser tab also remembers that until you close it, so a signup can be credited to the link that brought you. Neither setting leaves your device unless you sign up.
The Hot Board signup
When you sign up we store your email address, your state, and any sport, role or level you picked, plus which page you signed up from and, if you came from one of our ads or links, which one. When that was a paid ad, we tell the ad network that a signup happened, matched only by the ad's own click code, never by your email. We use it to send The Hot Board and nothing else. We never sell, rent or share the list. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and emailing hello@thenextwhistle.com removes you the same day.
"Fix this listing" reports
A report stores what you told us about the job (a stipend, that it filled, who got it, or what is wrong), your role, and your email address if you gave one so we can ask a question. A person reviews every report before anything changes on the site. Reports are not published; only the corrected fact is.
Where it lives
Both forms write to a database hosted by Supabase in the United States. The public page can only add a row; nothing on the site can read the list back.
Job listings
Every job on the board comes from a school district's public hiring page. We show the title, school, dates and stipend as the district published them and link to the district's own posting. We never store applications; the district handles every one.

Email hello@thenextwhistle.com to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. We answer within a week.
